why any location from Citibak no one answers the call?
Abysmal
I had an issue they couldn’t help me with. For logical reasons of course; that’s fine. Getting help with polite customer service seemed to be a handful for one female bank associate though. I was met a glare and sense of pretentiousnes and I was talking to another employee. I had to be the one to apologize for the issue I was having. What a joke.
Their incompetence costs customers money in the end, and they have the nerve to charge fees to keep your money there.
