poor client services, unknowledgeable, gives client wrong information
I have gone to several Citi branches trying to designate a beneficiary for a CD that didn’t have one. The team here today helped me get it done. They also have a notary at this location, but check to make sure he’s in.
Great customer service here.
Damian was THE BEST! I wasn't able to resolve my issue but he did everything possible to try and help me. Even things I didn't even know to ask about. 100% would recommend this location. I've already been to 3 other locations and called Citi 3 different times with no help at all.
WHYYYY all Citibank locations never ever respond to the calls??? why bother to have a number to call
