Great local branch, with ATMs located inside and also drive thru ATMs. Lots of parking in the plaza and the train station lot. Staff is always polite and helpful, most convenient location ever.

Horrible no costumer service al all . Never open on time
While all banks are greedy, despicable businesses, citibank is particularly unhelpful. I'm stunned that they operate as though we live in 1960 and changing something as simple as your email address breaks everything, including the web portal access. Stay away from citibank if you value your money and/or your sanity. Update: Your CTO should be replaced, Fred.
