While all banks are greedy, despicable businesses, citibank is particularly unhelpful. I'm stunned that they operate as though we live in 1960 and changing something as simple as your email address breaks everything, including the web portal access. Stay away from citibank if you value your money and/or your sanity. Update: Your CTO should be replaced, Fred.
Brach in Darien is awful. Branch advisor was rude and condescending. I am glad I contacted the Norwalk Main ave in Norwalk to help resolve my problem. Seems they always put the most useless staff in Darien branch. What a shame..
I like this branch. The service is excellent. Staff are very knowledgable and friendly. Never had an issue.
