Very slow and difficult to get a hold of anyone who can help
A close friend of mine, elderly and disabled, was a victim of check fraud. I was helping to reopen his account at this branch and we were lucky to be served by Miss Sanjita Anwar, personal banker. Her amazing patience, diligence, and great attitude made a bad situation so much better.
Very slow service and not the most efficient.
