I went into the 171 East 72nd Street location to access my own funds. I was left standing at the teller window with no privacy while my financial information was discussed out loud in front of other customers. When I approached personal banker Ms. Sanjida Anwar, she refused to greet me, refused to look at me, and treated me with open disrespect.Instead of assisting me, she accused me of fraud activity, questioned where my money came from, and even said it was “unlikely” when i told her i worked for it.
