I was there for opening a checking account. Mr. Diaz was so helpful and took time to explain everything and provided further support. I can recommend this branch!
Worst bank ever. As a priority client Citibank has literally violated basic consumer laws. If you can't go to a branch it's impossible to solve any issue.
Visited this branch during lunchtime — even though there were only a few tellers available, the staff was extremely helpful and efficient in handling my request. They took the time to explain everything clearly and found a solution to my issue. Special thanks to Mr.Diaz for the outstanding service! Loved the friendly atmosphere — they even played “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” on a portable speaker, which really added a cheerful touch to the visit.

Male teller was too busy chatting with a coworker about when he wanted to take his lunch break he gave me my temporary debit card without activating it. Now left with no account access for several days due to it being a holiday weekend 🤬
