I wish I could leave 0 stars for this branch. For someone who has been banking with Citi for over 20 years I have never had the displeasure of such poor customer service. You have my money but there is never anyone available to help with banking needs. THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE CLOSED. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY TO KEEP OPEN!!!!!!!!!!!! Sounds like it's time to move to another bank.
