I was at the branch today; the staff was kind and the issue was resolved quickly.
Terrible service - the manager/teller was condescending and was not professional. Made it seem like I was asking the wrong questions. Of course there would be some processes I wouldn’t be familiar with? Isn’t that why this manager/teller is present in the branch in the first place? To walk me through each step? Laughable service, did not feel welcome, seemed like she just wanted to go on break.
