My review is for Mr. David Santos, Branch Manager at Citibank’s 46th Street & 3rd Avenue location. Mr. Santos is truly outstanding. He consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The tellers are also really nice. I deeply value the way he humanizes the customer experience. In a world where all customer service is being exported offshore to the Philippines and India, it's hard to find good customer service. They royally messed up a wire transfer so I went to this branch to get it sorted in person. Ann Marie and Sharat helped me today and they went out of their way to be helpful and apologized for the poor service I received with citiphone banking (wasn't their fault). I will come back here.
Updated for my previously review. Now this location become my favorite location. This location used to be the non friendly customer service ( Tellers) , but not anymore! Now, ALL the tellers are nice , and their service are super fast compared to other location and other bank Recently there’s a new teller also, Sayem Islam , he so nice ! He assisted me once and for the 2nd visit hé already know and remembered me .
Had to close out our safety deposit box but there was no street parking possible. David Santos the Branch Manager brought the documents out for me to sign so that I wouldn’t get a ticket! That’s service…many thanks David!
I visited Citibank on 46th today and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff's name is Lauren, sitting in the middle window. I got cash and asked for some holiday envelops. She was SO rude and mean. She initially said I could only get 5 and when I asked for 8, she responded "Whatever, I don't care" and then threw the envelops on the table.
