On March 11, fraud occurred on our business account to the amount of $65,900. Citibank has stood by the fraudent source, NOT its customer, refusing to put the money back into our account. Citibank’s negligence continues over 2 months causing us to close our business, placing us in financial peril, and causing irreparable damage to our 35 year reputation.
