This is by far the best branch out of all them. The staff is efficient and respectful. Especially Catherine and Jonathan! They make every banking experience special and enjoyable. I couldn’t ask for better tellers than them. They truly are one of a kind

Very hard to get a hold online not too many people help. I had a previous rep who was excellent name Exebiar. However, the new agent who replaced him was not knowledgeable she wasn't fully aware of the promotions which were offered previously. By 2 other citibank representatives. As they change employees a better training is suggested
I have been with Citibank for years and this is my favorite branch. The staff is wonderful and they provide a great client experience
