I have been with Citibank for years and this is my favorite branch. The staff is wonderful and they provide a great client experience
The branch Manager Andreea Ionescu is shockingly unhelpful, mean, and very unprofessional. She is too busy trying to speak over others, she does not listen to problems, and she is incapable of providing solutions. "I did my job." No, you didn't even try. This branch is horrible (besides the fact that overall Citibank is a nightmare to deal with). They never answer their phones, which is extremely frustrating considering they occasionally unexpectedly close or have ‘system issues’ which you can’t find out about unless you physically appear at the branch as they don’t bother to notify customers via their voice mail message which is simple to do…and again, they almost never answer their phones.

Visite esta sucursal. Estaban dos empleados conversando al frente. Me ignoraron , los hispanos no somos bienvenidos en este banco. Tenían otros hispanos esperando ser atendidos. Pero al llegar un Mr X inmediatamente le saludan y atienden. Pedí cerrar mi cuenta y llevar mi dinero. Lo cual me dieron cita para la próxima semana.
