After dealing with not being able to open an account, not having a branch nearby, 2 years in processes, 3.5 hour drive and missing my appointment by over 20+ mins. Cesar, welcomed me and my family with a bright smile a wonderful attitude, provided me with all information I needed clarified 2 years worth of doubts and questions, even brought us refreshments! Nothing but great things to say about the Citi staff and attention at this location 10/10 recommended.
Branch is a joke. Hidden. Parking sucks. No signs. Ended up in the drive through then saw an entry and decided to go in. Big mistake.. was ignored by both tellers waited while they were both discussing opening an account with a man who walked in the same time as I did - why not take him elsewhere to sit down and discuss or have one of the two employees assist me I needed a simple transaction. Was beyond disappointed tried to call branch 5x later to alert manager and no answer - unbelievable..
Who oversees Andreea Ionescu at the Boca Raton Branch at 101 E. Camino Real? She displayed racism, spoke about my faith in front of another customer she was with because I had ashes on my forehead, and refused to help her employee who was trying his best. She said she had been with Citi for 20 years, which explains these reviews. She failed to provide a business card and failed to inform who her reporting manager is despite the branch not having a branch manager.
