This is the slowest Citibank that I’ve ever been to. It would take you 20 to 30 minutes to make a deposit. The tellers are so slow it’s like there’s snails. I guess the manager for this branch has no goals set for the branch I was in line 25 to 30 minutes standing with no one ahead of me. Idk but performance is not a goal for this branch..SLOW SLOW SLOW by far the most unproductive and un professional branch.. corporate please send someone
Small branch but always neat and no long lines if you go mid afternoon.
