Excellent on the tellers service and the manager
This Branch has an All Star staff! The current Manager was formerly with Citibank but left to work at a competition Bank - I personally am excited to see him return as a Branch Manager for this location. He is extremely knowledgeable about all products offered by the Bank. His leadership style is reflected in the way his staff interacts with all clients. We come in 1PM 1 hour before closing for a simple request to fill out a form… he says it’ll take up to 45 minutes since we need to open a checking account for the minor… then we state we have an account open it should be sooner… then he says oh no it’ll take that long anyway there’s a process… man didn’t want to do a 20 minute process at an empty bank with an hour before closing.
