Terrible customer service. ATM is broken. Don’t waste your time - go to another branch until they change mgt and fix the amenities at this branch.
A social security number should NOT be required for an employee to do a cash deposit for the business they work for. It is NOT legal to collect this information - the employee has nothing to do with the transaction and should not have to give anything other than a form of ID. This branch doesnt seem to understand this. Other branches do. Given the manager wouldnt budge on her belief, I doubt she would accommodating working with other business related accounting issues.
