Tuesday July 29th, 2025: I have to give a five-star review because of the phenomenal customer service I received the moment that I walked into the branch. I was greeted the moment that I walked in, how was assistant a minute later, and during my transaction the teller was polite and professional. I must add that the good customer service that I received today makes me feel good about doing future business with Citibank.
Terrible customer service, always change banker, seems they have a lots of customer, no one care about you when your put in CITI, if have problem in your accounting, they will tell you is your problems, no one help you solve the problems. really bad! never come back .
