One-star review for Citibank – 120 Broadway I’ve been a Citibank customer for years, but my recent experience at this branch was frustrating. There was only one teller working all day, and it took over 30 minutes just to be helped. I came in needing change for my small business, but was told they couldn’t provide it without a double sign-off — and there was no one readily available to do that.
