Slowest branch ever. The staff struggle to complete simple procedures and it results in long wait times.
Visited branch recently for asking questions about my account, and shopping for high interest account. The staff was very nice and professional. I will back again and also introduce my friends and family to get account with Citi.
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Citi. I was promised an email about my account status, which I never received, and the staff has been unresponsive to my calls and visits. The delays are unacceptable, and it seems there is a lack of communication and understaffing that is affecting service. The manager of the branch Felix is completely unresponsive. Recently moved to New York. Needed to open a bank account. The staff explain to me step by step what documents I needed. Came back with all the documents and was able to open my account. Then the branch manager help me set up online access, Zelle and explain to me why it’s important to set up alerts. I love the experience I had thank you.
I came to this branch recently to ask about changing the name on a newly issued check, and honestly, I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional one of the staff members was. When I asked if the check could be reissued with a corrected name, I was immediately spoken to in a scolding tone, as if I had done something wrong.
