I’ve come to this branch multiple times over the past few weeks trying to get quarters, and each time I’m told they don’t have any. I also attempted to purchase a certified check, and again was told they couldn’t help me. These are very basic services that a bank should be able to provide. It’s frustrating and inconvenient to be turned away repeatedly. If a branch can’t handle simple banking needs, I have to question its usefulness. Extremely disappointing experience
