Horrible experience I went there to deposit money & Stacy Egberto tried to steal my money & not put it in my account so I canceled the transaction & went to the machine & magic my money appeared in 1 second!!!!! Be very careful this lady tried to steal from me in my face! I caught her & no manger rectified the situation
Worst service… I signed my name on a clipboard before they close the door, waited inside with other customers to learn 25 minutes after that to open an account you have to go in before 3:00 pm .. staff will passed by ignoring you till is time to close.
I’ve been waiting on the one customer service person available, Derrick Brown,. for 40 minutes to discuss and file the paperwork for the serious crime of a rather large stolen check, from the USPS mail system. Upon approaching him initially he told me, yes, it's going to be 30 minutes. The second person here just disappeared. Another person arrived and skipped over me to help some elderly people and I completely supported that. He’s been talking with this one woman, in a maroon headscarf, for over 45 minutes now.
