I’ve been waiting on the one customer service person available, Derrick Brown,. for 40 minutes to discuss and file the paperwork for the serious crime of a rather large stolen check, from the USPS mail system. Upon approaching him initially he told me, yes, it's going to be 30 minutes. The second person here just disappeared.
