After many visits to citi bank, I’ve decided to close my citi bank account for issues regarding monthly fees that didn’t make sense to me. JOSELYN at Broadway and 96 street branch, who took care and also took the time to explain my situation is the reason I still have the bank account active. What a wonderful, knowledgeable professional person she is.
Usually only one( once is awhile a second) teller on duty and last time I was there she was doing a transaction that lasted 30 minutes on the clock- after 12 people stood in line, another teller came on- several bank people there claiming they were not tellers. This is an everyday occurrence - it routinely takes 20-30 minutes online for me to pay my Mastercard- I do not use the machines,.
