Just went to this branch and applied for credit card with Naomi. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got approved in minutes.
I stopped by this branch recently to get a check issued, and I was honestly so impressed by how kind and professional one of the staff members was. She seemed like a manager, but I’m not entirely sure. It was during tax season, so the place was packed and the line at the teller windows was pretty long. While I was waiting, I saw this staff member helping people nonstop. Worse customer service. Don’t tell me you regretted, do something about it.
You guys are the worst. When I go the branch to address an issue no one is available. If available you have to wait more than 45 minutes. I’m busy. I continue to stop by, but walk out. I’ve called only to get recording to call back. My rep never returns calls. It’s time to look else where.
