This branch was unable to help us when our grandson was a victim of internet fraud. This bank was not helpful at all.
On Sep 25, 2025, I went to Citi’s Union Square Flagship branch to open Checking + Savings accounts because I wanted to become a CitiGold client. I met with a banker and a Wealth Relationship Manager. I specifically asked what was the safest way to move $150,000 from my Capital One account into Citi, and I was advised to use a cashier’s check. I followed that guidance.
