Banked with Citi for over 20 years. Horrible service. Booked an appointment on the app this morning. Traveled 45 minutes to it and showed up 10 minutes early only to be told they are understaffed and no one can speak with me today. Didn’t even get an apology. They are also charging me monthly fees. Switch to a credit union. Citi is yet another horrible institution that only cares about making money.
Entrances off west 14 street and broadway Handicap accessible entrances with wide doorways. Very wide and spacious with high ceilings. Well lit, always clean, many atms inside working, and lobby with seats available. No soliciting happening either at this location when you’re self transacting. Kind professional staff every time too! Great location off the transit and lots of eatery locations close by.
