Worst bank ever. They cancelled my wire to my landlord, blocked my debit card… waited 2h30 to get people over the phone. Stayed 50min with them, unable to unlock and decided to and don’t want to unlock unless I wait for the letter they are sending to my home. This bank is the joke.

Disappointing customer service. Very long wait. Only one Teller and is closing out an account . Doesn’t care how long the customers behind are waiting to for a quick transaction!!. Doesn’t care to call for back up.
This location is terrible. 20-30 min wait for a gold rep to even look at you. He could be on the phone then go to the next room to chat with another gold rep or dance off to wealth rep. Chase across the street or branch a block away near park are way better.
I've been a Citibank customer for decades and I occasionally visit this location. The staff are generally helpful and friendly. Service at this location can often be slow, but I've noticed this is the case at all of the Citibank locations I visit, not specific to this branch. My theory is that the sometimes slow service is due to the way the corporate headquarters functions and is not branch specific.
