Sherman Oaks Branch: The ATM machines are always broken, out of service or do not accept deposits. On Saturday June 4 I went to the Sherman Oaks branch on Van Nuys Blvd to withdraw money. One machine was out of order. The other one processed my withdrawal and the door to get the money never opened, making all sorts of noise. My account was debited. how bad. there bank mashines give me 100dollars and nobody nowhere take 100dollars so i kindly ask them to make it smaller. answer: you dont have a card of us? sorry no way to change. im a tourist . sorry i am not able have a bank card from your bank / country . and taking smaller amount at there bank automat cost me every time a fee . Never again i will never take money from any of there mashines!
The customer service at this bank SUCKS and the place is dirty always under construction. Go to the other branch on Van Nuys in Pacoima. People are VERY nice and it smells clean always!
Very courteous service here by Carlos, I felt really taken care of regarding my personal account. I have no idea why there are such bad reviews, it doesn't do them any justice. Come with a good attitude and you'll receive good service.
