I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Citibank branch in Valley Village. In late November 2025, I visited this branch to send a domestic wire to my packaging supplier. What ensued was a month-long ordeal that left me frustrated, out of pocket, and frankly, appalled at the incompetence I encountered. First, the wire never reached my supplier after several days.
