I visited Citi bank on 07/15/2025 at 10:15 to transfer money from my Edd account to my personal account, the representative told me that he can’t do it and advised me to go to Chase Bank. I’m a Citi Bank client and if I can’t transfer from my personal card to my personal account then what kind of bank are you? I will look into changing to Chase bank, looks like they do a better job than the Citi Bank. I’m expecting to receive a reply for this matter. Thank you.
Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I wanted a letter confirming some shared bank accounts I have. Apparently they can only print statements from the online platform and can’t write a letter, despite customer service telling me the branch could.
