I do see nobody is happy about this branch. Yet it is still open and “functioning”. Was closed for 1 month for “renovation”. After that you cannot access it at all. The doors are supposed to open with your debit card for ATM access yet I tried more than ten times, the signal beeps to “open” but no matter how hard you pull the door is closed. It’s a joke. Citibank overall is a joke of a bank, not sure why I am still a customer after so many disappointing experiences with them. I think it is time to reconsider it.
Called the branch to make an appointment for my brother to open a business account who doesn't speak English, they told me they will not open an account for a person who doesn't speak English (doesn't understand what is he opening). This is ridiculous and DISCRIMINATING. No one has to speak English to start a business and even open a bank account. I told the representative I will be there with my brother to help him understand.
