Wow, I just read some of the awful reviews here.. and I'm relieved to see that they are ALL from a year or more ago.. because I have to tell you. I haven't experienced customer service THIS EXCELLENT in quite a while. I don't even have AN ACCOUNT at CITIBANK, and I was needing help with an issue regarding a branch IN NEW YORK. This would be a DOUBLE "GET OUT OF HERE" response from ANY other bank.
