Cesar is the best banker at citi bank honestly- he helped my brother endlessly for days and weeks to get his account up to parr (he was the most helpful and I know for a fact he went and above and beyond to help my brother. He is by far the best person to deal with go open an account with him personal or business

Visiting here from out of town trying to pull money out my own account with my id that I am able to use anywhere else just for them to refuse my ids and say to call customer service both branches I have been to have been so unhelpful and keep on directing me to the customer service number what is that point of having a physical location of you are completely useless

I had some terrible service here today. This was my second time attempting to open an account for my daughter. We had already been their for 45 mins and were actively working on opening an account when some lady from the back of the counter came out yelling that we have no appointment, and he needs to go to lunch. We were told that we need to schedule an appointment. I guess they don’t want our money.
