I had some terrible service here today. This was my second time attempting to open an account for my daughter. We had already been their for 45 mins and were actively working on opening an account when some lady from the back of the counter came out yelling that we have no appointment, and he needs to go to lunch. We were told that we need to schedule an appointment. I guess they don’t want our money.
How is it possible that you have a bank branch that does not cash checks. This is absolutely ridiculous.
