Our family has used this branch for the past 18 years. It was always good, but in the past decade it has become exceptional. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Our Wealth Advisor, Emile Abinader, and our Relationship Manager, Nubia Alvarenga, are stellar. Appointment times are always respected. Highly recommend.

Cesar is the best banker at citi bank honestly- he helped my brother endlessly for days and weeks to get his account up to parr (he was the most helpful and I know for a fact he went and above and beyond to help my brother.
