I thought that being with a larger bank would offer better integration and support, I am very wrong. Yesterday I made a transfer at the counter handing the teller my ATM card for both the from and to accounts. The teller accidently sent the money to an unknown location - an error discovered within the hour and I returned to the counter to remedy. Here is the kicker.
