This branch staffs are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes may need to wait a little but still the best branch around Fremont & Milpitas area. Customer service is the best.
I visited your Warm Spring Blvd. branch yesterday around 4:30 PM to renew my CD. Upon arrival, I informed the staff of my purpose and was instructed to sit in the waiting area. Despite being the only person waiting, I was left unattended for 15 minutes. When I decided to leave, a teller noticed and asked someone to assist me. It’s been quite frustrating dealing with Citibank for a mix of online and offline banking issues.
