I needed two expired checks reissued from Citi Brokerage. After three visits to the branch, Jessie H. contacted the back office and submitted the requests. One check arrived a few days later, but the second never came. After waiting nearly a month, I returned to the Warm Springs branch twice. Jessie H. was too busy to assist me, and I was unable to schedule an appointment even at her office. She promised to call me back but never did. This branch’s service is extremely disappointing.

I am glad to see that the people respond here for google review, so I won't mention whom served me today to give her a chance to learn. I arrived on time at 2pm appointment today at warm springs branch and a young lady came out friendly to guild me into her office. I start to allude with a little bit long story of what I need as I have 3 things to accomplish but in the middle of my talk, her desk phone rang and she cut my talk to ask for my permission to pick up the phone, but then her client was asking her several questions... read more

Not a good citi bank branch to visit in my experience, looks like they don't want new business.

The teller and the manager gave me a hard time depositing a check to my name which is also my business name. I deposit on a weekly basis with Other Citibank locations for 7 years no problem. The management and employees are rude at this location!

This branch staffs are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes may need to wait a little but still the best branch around Fremont & Milpitas area. Customer service is the best.
