I am glad to see that the people respond here for google review, so I won't mention whom served me today to give her a chance to learn. I arrived on time at 2pm appointment today at warm springs branch and a young lady came out friendly to guild me into her office. Not a good citi bank branch to visit in my experience, looks like they don't want new business.
The teller and the manager gave me a hard time depositing a check to my name which is also my business name. I deposit on a weekly basis with Other Citibank locations for 7 years no problem. The management and employees are rude at this location!
This branch staffs are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes may need to wait a little but still the best branch around Fremont & Milpitas area. Customer service is the best.
I visited your Warm Spring Blvd. branch yesterday around 4:30 PM to renew my CD. Upon arrival, I informed the staff of my purpose and was instructed to sit in the waiting area. Despite being the only person waiting, I was left unattended for 15 minutes. When I decided to leave, a teller noticed and asked someone to assist me.
