I visited your Warm Spring Blvd. branch yesterday around 4:30 PM to renew my CD. Upon arrival, I informed the staff of my purpose and was instructed to sit in the waiting area. Despite being the only person waiting, I was left unattended for 15 minutes. When I decided to leave, a teller noticed and asked someone to assist me. It’s been quite frustrating dealing with Citibank for a mix of online and offline banking issues. After my account was locked, I was issued a new ATM card and reactivated it without any issues—yet my online and mobile app access remained blocked. I called several Citibank departments and was bounced around, with each department pushing me to a different number. Finally, I was told I’d need to go to a local branch. This Citibank branch is the best. They always resolve account issues that I wasn’t able to resolve with other branches within mins. Staffs are extremely helpful
