I had an amazing experience with jimmy Fong. He was very helpful and professional
I been using citibank for years, and theres an emploee i have worked with for over 25 or more years Jimmy fong. Very patient and well knowable in his job. He has given me great advice, and help.me alot. The only thing I don't care for is the manger he watch every move and allway staring. I don't know if it's just when I come in or others. Jimmy know his job well. Great employee.
Ridiculous service if you can even get it here. No answers to their phones and difficult to get service at the branch. The wait and difficultly that they put their customers through is horrible and disrespectful. I have been lied to by bankers who work here and even money wrongly taken out of my account.
Jeffery has gone above and beyond to help me and my husband. I couldn’t recommend a more kind and professional account manager. Citi is incredibly lucky to have him on their team.
