Teller dismissive / rude to the point I left this review LOL
There’s 6 people working in the bank, but only one teller. Two sitting at their desks and 3 others walking around, with 5 customer standing in line and no one greats us or helps us. Will not be back to this back at this location.
Last week, my uncle and I came here, and Jimmy warmly welcomed us and provided professional assistance. He helped us solve many issues and made the whole process smooth and efficient. We truly appreciate his support and excellent service. Thank you, Jimmy!

I been using citibank for years, and theres an emploee i have worked with for over 25 or more years Jimmy fong. Very patient and well knowable in his job. He has given me great advice, and help.me alot. The only thing I don't care for is the manger he watch every move and allway staring. I don't know if it's just when I come in or others. Jimmy know his job well. Great employee.
