Terrible Experience – Misleading Promises and Zero Accountability I went into this branch back in April with the intention of opening a CD. They wouldn't let me pull out a large amount of MY MONEY started questioning me and were talking in Chinese so I wouldn't understand management is trash and so are the bankers and tellers they started asking personal questions like My former job irrelevant to what I was trying to do went to the next bank over no problem no weird questions .
