Excelente...Muy buen servicio al cliente..
El peor servicio vas a retirar un dinero y se inventan unas estupideces para no dejarte retirar el dinero y luego vas a otra sucursal y te dan el dinero es como si no quisieran atender y ayudar alos clientes deben cambiar ese personal y todas son iguales y chismosas criticando los clientes de como van vestidos y todo eso esas payasas no quieren trabajar creen que el banco es de ellos.
This morning around 11am I went to this city bank branch to do cash deposit and the ATM machine took my money but they don't go to my checking account and no receipt I don't recommend this branch it is scams i need my money
I HATE THIS BANK!!!! Now the tellers machines never work. Theres always a long wait...usually only one teller waiting on customers. The Citibank Reps are always trying to direct you to the ATM. Theres always a long line. Especially in the morning and the Manager, Rafael makes nothing but excuses for there always being a problem for understaffing and/or with people who aren't trained. I wonder why theres so much better service in the affluent neighborhoods. I wont come back to this location.
