Homeless people camp out here when the bank closes. One guy even holds the door open for customers no card needed to get in . Another guy sleeps under the service desk. This place is be coming a homeless shelter .The bank needs to investigate this situation before something tragic happens. Should have "0" stars. There were two homeless, one inside the building and the other outside. The door was also broken. This is not new since every Sunday, another homeless person is waiting on the door, opening the door and asking for money. Why is it concerning? Because they are on drugs, do something with the safety of your customers.
Never going back to this branch again. I made deposit this morning and the machine was not working instead of having it out of commission or put up a sign they left it on and my money was taken without being deposited to my account. Now I have to dispute with Citi and have to wait while they investigate. If there is an issue with atm machine why keep it on. This was very wrong.
