Don’t waste your time at this branch, employees literally do nothing but sit around gossiping while customers stand around and wait!
My mother has been going to this branch for a while and customer service has always been great to her however recently she visited and needed help with a case and Daisy Torres has continued to dismiss her and not helping her with her case. It’s very clear that she does not give every client the same attention and attitude, I noticed with clients before hand she greeted them and offered them help with a good attitude.
