I have been a Citibank customer for over 30 years, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I visited my local branch to replace my debit card and to report the poor customer service I had received from Citibank’s phone support. While meeting with the branch representative, she contacted customer service to remove a block on my account. After speaking with them, she told me there was nothing more she could do. Costumer service is #1 Ms Rivera is very friendly person...my bank for over 5 years
This branch understands customer service! Branch Manager Jose Salazar helped our family with an issue that had gone on for 3 months (we tried to resolve the matter at a different branch). Despite the fact that I am not a Citi Customer, Mr Salazar listened and then dug in to fix it (I am sure he had many other things on his plate!).. Thanks to Jose and the staff at the Citi Riverdale branch! May God Bless you!
The tellers are very friendly and helpful.
The banking side team is great. The wealth management side is a disaster. Seldom available, snarky and unhelpful. Attitude is "do not bother me" rather than I am here to help you.
