I am a Citibank costumer myself. I just went to this branch at Camino Real and Powerline Rd to make a deposit for one of my clients. For the first time in my life I saw a bank branch unable to make a deposit due by the fact that they have no tellers available. The only one that they have was taking a lunch break. Unbelievable!
Very bad service. I had a scheduled appointment to open a new account and get some questions answered. I was ignored the first 15 minutes of my appointment while the representative was helping a worker that had to do work at the Bank during the weekend. Then half of my appt time was gone and there was not enough time to accomplish what I came for.
Poor customer service at this location. Please acknowledge customers. No staff at counter to help. I patiently waited while there were several staff available elsewhere. I left after waiting about 10 minutes and there was no line. When I asked if there was someone to assist me, the employee literally ignored me and continued to help another customer. Asa Gonzales was very helpful and kind accommodating us without any appointment done prior! She gave my child a color book to keep her busy while finishing up the paperwork!
