I am a Citibank costumer myself. I just went to this branch at Camino Real and Powerline Rd to make a deposit for one of my clients. For the first time in my life I saw a bank branch unable to make a deposit due by the fact that they have no tellers available. The only one that they have was taking a lunch break. Unbelievable!
Very bad service. I had a scheduled appointment to open a new account and get some questions answered. I was ignored the first 15 minutes of my appointment while the representative was helping a worker that had to do work at the Bank during the weekend. Then half of my appt time was gone and there was not enough time to accomplish what I came for.
Poor customer service at this location. Please acknowledge customers. No staff at counter to help. I patiently waited while there were several staff available elsewhere. I left after waiting about 10 minutes and there was no line. When I asked if there was someone to assist me, the employee literally ignored me and continued to help another customer.
