Citi is the worst
This is the most unhelpful staff. I walked in the branch yesterday 5/27/26 trying to close an account that it was compromised. The representative said that I need to make an appointment and that the earliest available was at 1pm. Mind you that informed her that my account was comprised of . There were 4 representatives in the branch seating at their desk; no one cared what my situation was. It sad because I'm a Citibank client since 1980 and I will hate to close my account, but this is not the first time this happen. The ser... read more
