Why is such a big hassle to pay credit cards in cash?
Everytime I enter this bank branch in the morning there is a homeless person sleeping on the floor by the ATMs. As unfortunate as it is, clients do not feel safe entering before or after hours with cash.
Banking experience with Citibank has always been great. I only use the ATM at this location for my banking transactions. The 5 star is because I am happy with the service here and have no issues. Unfortunately this morning I had a bad experience at your location. As usual dropped by to deposit some money and then just waited a while to check my Citi App on the phone.
