HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CITIBANK AND BRANCH; THEY DECIDED TO CLOSE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 15 YEARS WITH A BALANCE OF THOUANDS IN IT. Emily was SUPER helpful and very nice, I don’t understand why people give this place low stars ! Be more understanding and patient! Emily helped me open an account.. I was in and out super quick and even got a debit card same day! Amazing customer service! I recommend Emily for bank teller.
