I'd like to raise the issue of insufficient management and poor customer service, particularly with regards to the branch manager. I still maintain my opinion regarding Citibank, particularly concerning the bank tellers, whose attitude and demeanor have been consistently poor.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CITIBANK AND BRANCH; THEY DECIDED TO CLOSE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 15 YEARS WITH A BALANCE OF THOUANDS IN IT. ALL I GOT IS A LETTER WITH NO EXPLANATION AND BETTER YET, NO ONE I CAN TALK TO EITHER ON THE PHONE OR AT THE BRANCH. I WALKED INTO THE BRANCH, THE TELLER, TATIANA IS THE MOST IMCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE AT THE BRANCH. I ASKED FOR THE THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE WAS AWAY.
