The facial expression and demeanor INSTANTLY changing from her previous client to me once she realized my toddler was over the wait after no one else acknowledged me after 30 minutes, should have been my cue to walk out. Really excellent customer service! My cousin and I were here to inquire about some of their offers and the manager, Annie, was such an amazing person. She was attentive and had excellent suggestions. She was also very respectful and courteous… I cannot recommend them enough.
There is a teller that runs the funds to the machine without counting in front of you and is aways short in his calculations, by then it’s hard to prove because he has put the money away in his drawer. Insist they count your money in front of you!
Don't open CD from this branch. My CD automatically renewed with low interest rate about two weeks ago. I tried to close the CD and they charged 3 months worth interest penalty. The branch manager didn't help at all. She was really mean and unprofessional. Not happy with with this bank service at all :((
I do most of my banking online, however whenever I've needed to visit this branch I've always found the personnel to be courteous, respectful, and helpful.
