It was the worst Citi location I have ever been to in decades. People are clueless and slow as Molasses. The average wait time to see a consultant is an hour. Stay away from this location. I definitely miss my Glen Cove branch!
UPDATE 1) About a year ago, Citibank also incorrectly charged us $400 in service fees and required multiple personal visits to fix it 2) Now, they sent a letter in the US Mail they will do the same in another account. We have a "Priority" account specifically to avoid that. 3) They have made automated calls at 1AM regarding our Citi Costco Visa. We never keep a balance -- it is an obvious screw up. Nice and friendly staff always willing to help with their Professionalism and their courteousness
One of the worst branches in Long Island. Bank tellers are constantly busy on their cellphones. Customer satisfaction is sucks. Managers don't care.
