This so-called bank will not cash one for their own checks. They told me that the check is good, we just don't cash checks here.

This location has always been my go to branch ever since my parents used to bank here from 2003! My mom's favorite teller has always been Kerri, as she always displays the best customer service with promptness, efficiency with a smile! You can't ask for a better experience from a teller and advise everyone to go to her!
They won’t let me access my money after setting up debit card and checking accounts. I can’t pay my mortgage because they decided to flag a purchase I made in person at a store. They have terrible customer service and it’s highly inconvenient to only have 5 branches in the entire city. I will have to move to a more competent bank.
