Everyone is very nice and courteous.
The branch manager Erick Escobar is very helpful.
This location has always been my go to branch ever since my parents used to bank here from 2003! My mom's favorite teller has always been Kerri, as she always displays the best customer service with promptness, efficiency with a smile! You can't ask for a better experience from a teller and advise everyone to go to her!
They won’t let me access my money after setting up debit card and checking accounts. I can’t pay my mortgage because they decided to flag a purchase I made in person at a store. They have terrible customer service and it’s highly inconvenient to only have 5 branches in the entire city. I will have to move to a more competent bank.
They told me my check was invalid after deposited and they wanted my bank to verify the check and put me through confrrence call to verify my check after my check was verified they promise to reinstated my account to have access to my money after 2 business days.i called them back the second day and they told me my account was closed and if any money belongs to me i have to wait for 60days lol if youre having same issues with my i think this is the right time to protest against city bank to stop there fraudulet act and they ... read more
