I had bad experience with them they didn’t want to deal with me because im deaf their back up office want me to gave them my doc to upload but the refused to collect it from me so sad they play games they have my bank closed with a balance for almost 6month now
I went to the Deer Springs branch to open a joint account for my 15-year-old daughter. Before our visit, I made sure to ask what documents were needed so we could be fully prepared and make the process as seamless as possible. I just went to this location and after the staff locked the doors in front of me and let me sit there for 15 minutes. I got there at 8:50am and after waiting that time looked on the website to see that they didn’t open till 10am. Not one staff member who was watching me stand there let me know they were not open for another hour.
Worst bank ever. It use to be the best bank, now it's so inconvenient they only have 5 branches open in las vegas only 2 open on Saturday. you have to make appointments to see a banker if you have any issues you have to be on the phone for at least 40 minutes. An on top of that the first thing they say it's to strongly use the app or the automatic system. I'm serious it's really stressful. I'm definitely going back to wells fargo. At least they have more branches open and they answer faster.
