We dealt with Loreta on different accounts and investments. Very knowledgeable, customer oriented, and friendly. She answered any concerns we had, and suggested to open up an investment account. Every time we go to the bank, she’s always available, and she approaches you with a welcoming smile. She called a few times as a follow up, which is very unusual for a bank representative. A very large banking company with a boutique bank mentality! We are very happy there, and will continue to patronize!
Shifty service
Nothing but headaches with this bank. Banking with Citibank is a negative experience. Will be closing our accounts here as they just blocked our checking account for no reason out of nowhere, without any notice, with money on the account! Beware, as now they will just block anyone's account without a heads up for some made up reason. Absolutely outrageous. Been with this bank since 1996. Update: It was resolved by Ms Francesca who's very knowledgeable and helpful and knew what she's doing and what needs to be done. Took her 15 minutes total. After being a customer here for nearly 30 years and even with proper court appointed documentation, this branch is refusing to close our late mother's checking account and give the money back. Giving us one excuse after the other. Now the money is just sitting there waiting for it to disappear due to citi's new fees. It's been two years since she passed and we have tried... read more
