No stars ! Do not invest your money here . They messed up my interest rate on a Promotional savings account and finally fixed it after 2 weeks . The kicker is the letter i received a few days later in the mail after this was resolved stating my accounts were going to be closed without an explanation as to why . Worse of the worse customer service have been experienced. Banker Larissa Kim refused to help even through we have appointment! She is totally rude and unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I would.
I will never come back. Larisa didn't even try to help you solve your problem... The manager didn't even touch your phone without your permission. But when I saw their rating on Google I understood. Never come back again
This branch is full of incompetent workers who struggle to do their jobs correctly. In particular, Scott seems clueless about everything. He has no idea how to open an account, return calls, or provide any kind of feedback. Additionally, the manager shows neither the knowledge nor the concern necessary to resolve issues that arise at this bank. I strongly suggest going to another branch like the Bay Street location.
