I have limited time during the week and was stuck applying for a Checking Plus in person on a Saturday afternoon, with my toddler accompanying me. Went to this Citibank 11/26 and made a cash deposit. The deposit never reflected onto my account. Citibank awarded me with provisional credit. But then took it back. Now I’m waiting to see what will happen. Has this happened to anyone at this drive up atm? I really feel robbed. Worse banking experience ever. I’m lost right now I don’t know what to do.
Worst bank I’ve ever been to . Drive thru atm literally never works & I deposited a large amount of cash & it took my money and didn’t deposit anything into my account . Huge inconvenience I never had these issues with chase
