I've banked with citi for over 20 yrs. But it is no longer my primary bank. I couldn't believe the customer service i received the other day from your banker. Just stay away from Citi
Citi is the potentially one of the worst companies in the USA. I give them a negative 1000 stars for their absolutely atrocious customer service. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a real person on this continent without going into the branch. You call the local branch number, and two rings later, you're transferred to the customer service center in the Philippines. I'm convinced this bank would be out of business if it didn't receive favorable government treatment.
