Worst bank I’ve ever been to . Drive thru atm literally never works & I deposited a large amount of cash & it took my money and didn’t deposit anything into my account . Huge inconvenience I never had these issues with chase
I've banked with citi for over 20 yrs. But it is no longer my primary bank. I couldn't believe the customer service i received the other day from your banker. I was paying for a transaction that was out of the country, and I entered the bank for assistance. I told the banker my problem. She began to tell my account was negative, very loudly and nasty.
