I am not sure how this branch is still in business, the customer service is a joke. I opened a CD account and allocated $20,000. Apparently the banker who opened it never transferred the money to the account. So a year later when I wanted to find out what I should do with the account. They couldn’t even locate it. It took 4 customer service calls, an investigation and 3 months to get a response that the transaction was never properly completed.
