Very understaffed and unhelpful
I have limited time during the week and was stuck applying for a Checking Plus in person on a Saturday afternoon, with my toddler accompanying me. First, I made a deposit, and the teller, Keyi Rosario, was great. When I asked her about the application, she explained that they only had one person who could help with the application this day, Mina Attalla, and that he did have a line ahead of me.
