Wow , I left this branch completely shocked at how nasty and unprofessional the management is, the manager came out with a foul attitude after her staff messed something up , after we politely asked for another way to fix the situation, she responded with condescending remarks , Laughing as she walked away , then kept smirking from her office, then I said some to the teller , and she came all the way back to us and told us to tell it to her face, I know this review won’t change anything, but i can completely say to the world... read more

Staffing of teller positions needs to be improved. Having one teller with a line of four or five customers waiting may not seem like a big deal, but that one teller is feeling pressure to speed up their work, which introduces errors. In my case, the teller withdrew cash from the wrong account, which would have resulted in overdrafts had I not caught the error later. This branch needs to be staffed better. Walk into any other bank or FCU & they're doing it right.
