Farah ben Yedder is one of the most professional bank employees I have encountered. She has the ability to clearly communicate every banking issue I have had including recently being victimized by substantial monetary credit card fraud. Her advice as to how to proceed was spot on and some of my losses have already been reduced. Upon visiting our local police for filing a report, part of Ms. Yedder's guidance, they confirmed her instructions and we are proceeding accordingly.
Customer service in westport and Norwalk locations leaves nothing to the imagination on why no one banks with Citi.
