How could a citibank branch be so incompetent . Ive been to over a dozen branches and always get good reliable service. this particular one is so bad i dont know how they haven't shut down. Ive been told '' That's not my job" I dont know about that" ''Im not sure"" I dread going there. Its local so its convenient. i was given INCORRECT information about they're own products which caused me weeks of headaches, Go to Wantaugh branch!!1 ' '
Smfh this banks a total joke. They do not cash a check from someone that gives u a check that has been there money in it if u do not have a checking account with them. That's f_cking absurd and discrimination!!!
