My wife and i had the pleasure of meeting Jeanna Manana at this branch and because we live nearby its an easy trip to get our banking needs done. Jeanna Manana is our new and very helpful bank person now, she is a wonderful person easy to deal with, and she is very informative and really knows a-lot. Thank you for making our transactions smooth and easy to get done.

I’m waiting 8 days already for my check to close my IRA account. When calling the branch number or rep number no one picks up. Customer service still has no record of my paperwork. This is not an acceptable way a bank should handle retirement funds.
Tristian Santiago was super helpful. He helped me figure out my account issues so efficiently and was super kind. Not only was he patient, but he was informative where I could even explain the information to my partner! 1000/10 service
