I've been banking with citi bank for well over 5 months now. These last couple of months have been a headache. The location here in Coral gables is terrible. Everytime you go inside theres no bankers. There's only one person assisting a long line of customers. You have to wait all day. My experience with citi bank has been the worst. There's other issues with the bank as well. The atm machines don't take Echecks. you have to go inside the branch and do a deposit. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have been a member with Citi for 14 YEARS!!! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. The manager Carlos was EXTREMELY rude and RACIST toward me. He made comments about my hair and skin color!!! I will NEVER keep my money at Citi!!!!
