First time visiting a Citi branch and I chose this location because of proximity and great reviews. All the good reviews are justified. Very friendly, competent service. Rosemary was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this location wholeheartedly.
Experience is bad. They don’t have receptionists. You don’t know where to check in.
After being so fed up with the rude attitude at the branch on Duarte Rd, I came to this branch on 1st Ave instead. I am so glad I did. Banker Shirley Leong who assisted me is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Manager Johanes is pleasant to talk to as well. Overall, this branch is what a retail bank should be: well-trained staff who gladly offer financial services and solutions to customers, instead of seeing customers as troubles.
