Citibank branch in Ridgewood NJ (E. Ridgewood Ave) is useless. I can never get done anything. They are either at lunch break, do not have cash or other excuses. I drive here to get simple transactions done and ended up wasting my time.
I just wasted my time here thanks to David and some other bank teller on a Saturday afternoon. They tell me I have to wait for David to do something with my account that he’s finishing up with clients . They make me wait 30 minutes and tell me after the clients . Oh we can’t help you today with what I need to do. Terrible customer service and employees at this branch. This bank is really useless. I can never get anything done here. That is what happens when you hire teenagers for a major bank.
