This bank is awful. Fraud department does nothing. Westport ct branch follows through on nothing. I have a large deposit, too big for atm and on line. Nearest bank over an hour away. All they could offer is snail male. No customer relations available or follow thru. Been with them for years and nothing but problems and no service. Citi and Wells Fargo have no customer fraud protection and if you get scammed they don’t do a thing. Do not recommend using them.
I branch here and I'm very happy with the customer service. Bryan Martinez is my banker he is excellent. And the branch manager is also excellent, the tellers are professional and quick, never have to wait long.
If I could leave 100 stars for this Citibank branch I would! I unfortunately lost my debit card and some criminal used it in no time! When I realized I lost it; I called and spoke with Kim, she was so kind and immediately told me lock my card and come in to branch and they would help me and that they did! Ross the manager was incredible and helped me through the process, I absolutely cannot say enough good words about him and Kim! Just AMAZING customer service! Branch staff are professional and very courteous
Jared is such a wonderful, intelligent, & fast worker! He helped my husband and I quickly and sufficiently with such an amazing attitude and great care! We will refer other family and friends to open a bank account here because of Jared :) thank you so much for taking care of us!!
