Oh my God I had the worst experience yesterday the teller was so judgmental and racial discriminated against me and tried to make me feel like I was beneath her I've been banking with Citibank for over a decade maybe it's because I visit Los Angeles CitiBank very unprofessional tellers need to be retrained input customer service first instead of personal feelings or personal comments I will pursue this situation with attorney Ben crump .
I wish I can give them 0 stars if that was an option. Went in on a Thursday afternoon and they had 4 windows open with 3 being "next window please". The banker rather just sit there and watch the crowd instead of helping out..
Everyone there is very Professional, very helpful, my Brother banks there and Referred my to Citibank, Angelica is great Along with the Other Staff

Yesterday, Memorial Day was closed ,but they should let customers have access to there atm, and they didn't! Not to helpful 😑
