Oh my God I had the worst experience yesterday the teller was so judgmental and racial discriminated against me and tried to make me feel like I was beneath her I've been banking with Citibank for over a decade maybe it's because I visit Los Angeles CitiBank very unprofessional tellers need to be retrained input customer service first instead of personal feelings or personal comments I will pursue this situation with attorney Ben crump .
